Monte Gatún

Monte Gatún

Village of Quel

The past, present, and future of Rioja Oriental in one wine. The past is our traditional varieties, Garnacha and Mazuelo. The present is Tempranillo, now Rioja’s most widely grown grape. The future, this fusion of tradition and modernity that also honours the Riojan custom of blending varieties to make great wines.

Made with Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Mazuelo grapes, harvested by hand from our vineyards in the village of Quel, at an altitude of between 530 and 600m, and aged in French oak barrels and concrete tanks.
