A rare glimpse of the diversity that once typified Quel’s viticulture. Six different grape varieties share this plot of just 0.7 hectares, nestled on a slope of the Sierra de Yerga, at an altitude of 600m. This single-vineyard wine is made from 60% Garnacha, 35% Mazuelo, and the remaining 5% from Viura, Garnacha Gris, and Miguel de Arco. It is a perfect demonstration of how such varietal diversity can produce distinctive character in the bottle.
