The Apuntes are perhaps the winery's most unique wines. Spontaneous and unpredictable in nature, they emerge during the harvest depending on what Javier finds or what the grapes he brings to the winery suggest to him, as well as the references he has accumulated over years of tasting wines from other places. In them, we explore territories that are unusual for Rioja wines, working with the freedom that comes from knowing that they will not be part of the winery's catalog and that they will be unrepeatable.
